No; more like one in which PIE *gw > PG *kw > C p (PG=proto-germanic,
C=conlang); hence: _pepr_ < *kwikwaz, 'living' (cogn. with English
'quick'), _pe:nu_ < *kweno:n, 'woman, wife' (just an example, this
conlang might do anything... I just felt like an a-umlaut followed by
loss of the a. This would presumably not be an East Germanic language,
as they didn't suffer *z>r).
I think I'm going to do my own... I've recently come across lots of
Germanic stuff and so forth. Maybe we should discuss this further on
germaniconlang :)
