One remark, though. Are you sure the Angelians (or whatever they are called)
would transcribe the name "Saddam Hussein" as "Sada~ Husei~"? To be honest, I
wouldn't expect those tildes in the transcription of a name. Would an
alternative spelling "Sadam Husein" be incorrect?
